Terms of Service

The Short Version

Ami Cat is a casual game made by Grep Advisory Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Use the app, pet the cat, have fun. Don't upload photos that aren't yours, don't try to break the service, and remember that purchases are handled by Apple. By using Ami Cat you agree to the rest of this page.

Who Can Use Ami Cat

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age allowed in your country, to use Ami Cat. If you're under that age, please use the app only with a parent or guardian.

Your Account

There is no account. We don't ask for an email, phone number, or sign-up. Everything you create lives on your device. Deleting the app removes everything permanently.

Purchases

• Custom cat creations cost a one-time fee per cat, charged through Apple's App Store.
• All payments are handled by Apple. We never see your card or payment info.
• For refunds, contact Apple Support — refund decisions are Apple's, not ours.
• If a paid generation fails on our side, we'll either retry or restore the credit. Contact app@grep24.com if something looks wrong.

Photos You Upload

When you create a custom cat, you upload one photo of a cat you have the right to share. You agree that:

• You own the photo, or have permission from the owner.
• The photo is of a cat — not a person, not anything illegal, not anything sexual.
• You grant us a limited, temporary license to process the photo solely to generate your cat character. We do not use it for anything else, and we delete the original after generation. See the Privacy Policy for details.

If our automated check rejects a photo (e.g. it contains a human face, or doesn't appear to contain a cat), no charge is made.

What You Can and Can't Do

Don't:

• Upload anyone else's photo without their permission.
• Attempt to make the service generate humans, sexual content, or anything illegal.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.
• Resell access to the service or the generated content as a paid product of your own.

Do whatever you want with stickers and characters that the app generates for your own personal and social use — share them, send them to friends, post them.

Who Owns What

• Your cat is yours. The character images and stickers generated for you are yours to keep and use personally.
• The app and underlying tech are ours. You don't get any rights to the source code, the generation prompts, the default Ami character, the brand, or the Ami Cat name.

Service "As Is"

We work hard to make Ami Cat reliable, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Generations sometimes fail, results sometimes vary, third-party services occasionally have outages. We'll try to make things right, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Ami Cat is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow this kind of limit, so it may not apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using Ami Cat at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service. If we terminate access for cause, we won't refund existing purchases.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. If a change is significant, we'll surface it inside the app before it takes effect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country says otherwise.
